Robust + Simple: That was the formula for the development of our PDU series. Together with longtime Datacenter customers, we have developed a PDU that meets the essential requirements of a robust and fail-safe power distribution.
Thus, we have focused fully on the use of the most proven components in the field of power distribution and only the really important functions installed. The result is an ultra-rugged PDU that meets all the requirements for current measurement and monitoring and can be managed using state-of-the-art interfaces (SNMP V2 / 3, JSON).
Being a wireless PDU makes networking in the data center easy, even for large data centers. The proven ZigBee wireless technology offers significant advantages:

- Easy management via Kentix PowerManager
- Also suitable for large data centers
- Encrypted and stable data transmission
Management via the Kentix PowerManager
There is no need for additional software for the management of the PDU. It is done via the already installed software on the Kentix PowerManager. The user interface is completely web-based – also suitable for use in large data centers. The PUE (Power Usage Effectiveness) calculation including monthly reporting is already integrated.
Catalog area SmartMetering extended
In addition to the PDU, we have expanded the SmartMetering catalog area. We have designed the catalog pages in a more application-oriented manner in order to present the product benefits.
