Research at Kentix
Kentix GmbH is part of several research projects in the fields of security, IoT and digitization.
DREI – Privacy-respectful detection of innate perpetrators
Research project commissioned by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research
Project period: July 2016 – January 2019
The aim of the DREI project is to further develop security information and event management systems so that intruder attacks (insiders) are recognized under legally compliant conditions. The privacy-friendly capture and storage of security events plays a major role here. Disclosing identities and detecting anomalies as needed uncovers innocent activities without violating privacy requirements. More information about the project is available on the DREI-Projekt website.
