Your tasks
As Head of Product Management (m/f/d), you will play a central role in the strategic and operational development of our product portfolio. You will be responsible for coordinating the areas of development, sales, support and marketing and ensure a smooth product life cycle for our hardware and software solutions.
Your tasks in detail:
- Head of product management: Strategic planning and control of product development in the area of IoT security solutions (hardware and software)
- Management of the support team: organization and further development of technical customer support
- Interface between development, sales and marketing: close coordination to ensure products are in line with market requirements
- Market and competitor analysis: survey and evaluation of market requirements for the further development of existing and new products
- Internal and external training courses: Design and delivery of product training for employees, partners and customers – in both German and English
- Supporting the development teams: technical sparring to implement innovative functions and solutions
- Responsibility for product roadmaps and market launches
Your profile
- Completed studies in electrical engineering, computer science or a comparable technical degree program
- Several years of professional experience in product management of technical products, ideally in the IoT environment
- Sound knowledge of software development and the development of IoT products
- Experience with SCADA systems or industrial control and monitoring systems
- Experience in leading teams and in interdisciplinary cooperation
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate market needs and technology potentials
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Strong communication skills, organizational skills and a solution-oriented way of working
