Your tasks
- A varied and independent HR management role that you can help to maintain yourself
- Responsible for the Kentix site in Idar-Oberstein and overarching tasks within the DAS (Door Access Solutions) division
- Responsibility for various areas of human resources, including legal, compensation and benefits, performance management, talent management, recruitment, and development
- Selection and recruitment of managers and key personnel within the company together with the responsible managers
- Continuous analysis and monitoring of staffing levels in line with the budget framework and company development (in particular sales trends)
- Supporting managers with personnel-related issues and challenges
- Support for cross-location projects within the Group
Your profile
- Successfully completed commercial studies with a focus on human resources or a comparable qualification
- Knowledge of labor law
- Knowledge of compensation, benefits, training and development
- Comprehensive practical knowledge in the HR area (at least 5 years in HR)
- Good understanding of the optimization of cost structures
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with external contacts such as authorities, social insurance institutions, etc.
- Communication skills in a multicultural environment in German and English
