As an Inside Sales Manager, you are a central part of our sales team: you identify new business opportunities, qualify interested parties and accompany them until they are handed over to the field sales team.
With your structured way of working, you ensure that qualified projects and concrete sales opportunities arise from contacts.
Your tasks
- Active lead management: processing and follow-up of incoming leads
- Qualification of interested parties and handover to the sales force
- Conducting online product presentations and initial consultations
- Telephone and digital approach to potential new customers
- Development and maintenance of a sales pipeline in the CRM system
- Making appointments and preparing customer appointments for the sales force
- Support for campaigns and marketing activities
- Systematic tracking of offers and projects
- Project management in a sales context: coordination and structured support of small to medium-sized sales projects, including coordination with internal interfaces
Your profile
- Experience in inside sales, internal sales or B2B sales
- Enjoy active customer contact and communication
- Ability to quickly recognize customer needs and qualify them in a structured manner
- Confident appearance in online meetings and product presentations
- Structured way of working and experience with CRM systems
- Team orientation and close cooperation with the sales force
