Announcement: KentixONE 8.6.3/8.6.4
Due to a bug introduced in KentixONE 8.6.3, battery replacement and removal cards for two models of wireless door knobs (KXC-KN1-BLE and KXC-KN2-BLE) could be overwritten by user tokens. Under certain circumstances, this may cause the overwritten user tokens, as well as the battery and disassembly functions, to no longer work properly. This bug will be fixed in KentixONE 8.6.4 (available starting July 24, 2026).
