Customer Service Representative Technical Support / Network Administration (m/f/d)

As a specialist in technical support, you have experience in IT or electrical engineering and have very good computer and network skills. You will advise our international sales partners and end customers on all questions relating to the integration and operation of our IoT solutions.

You should be able to do this

  • You have a high affinity for IT in order to gain a deep understanding of the systems used
  • You have an apprenticeship in an IT or electrical profession
  • Analytical thinking, reliability and a high level of initiative as well as solution-oriented work also characterize you
  • Ideally, you have already gained experience in technical support and technical customer care
  • You have basic knowledge of CRM systems
  • You are fluent in German and English, any other language is an advantage

What you will do with us

  • Technical support and advice for our national and international customers
  • To this end, you organize and process technical support using state-of-the-art tools such as Jira, Confluence, TeamViewer, chat systems
  • You enter recurring product inquiries into our wiki system to provide our customers with assistance and optimize the support volume
  • You will also support the sales team with technical questions and project design
  • You conduct webinars with our customers and pass on sales-relevant information to the sales team
  • You are responsible for the technical support of our national and international customers for the complete Kentix portfolio
  • You will organize the technical support including the development and continuous improvement of the necessary processes and tools
  • You enter recurring queries about products in FAQs and documents in order to provide customers with assistance and optimize the support volume
  • You will also support the sales team with all technical questions and project design
  • You conduct customer training and live demos with our international customers and pass on sales-relevant information to the sales team
  • You also collect customer requirements, pass them on to the development department and thus contribute to the continuous improvement of Kentix products
  • You will be responsible for the administration and further development of the internal IT infrastructure
