- The session takes place with your order-number and your preferred appointment with a Kentix support request. Please note a lead time of approx. 1-2 weeks

Activate remote support:
- Open a support ticket with the order number from the order confirmation and suggested date. Please allow 1-2 weeks lead time.
- You will immediately receive a ticket number for the process, please use this for further communication.
- You will receive an appointment confirmation or a new appointment proposal after 1-2 working days.
